You cannot amend or cancel an order after it has been placed and confirmed by us. Only under exceptional circumstances (and at our sole discretion) may an order may be cancelled. An administration fee will apply.
Unfortunately, we have to follow strict guidelines when it comes to sending out cash and can only send travel money to your registered home address. Orders cannot be delivered to any other address, including work addresses.
Yes, someone else at the billing/delivery address can sign for your currency.
All orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, a signature will be required on delivery to ensure your currency reaches you safely. If you are not going to be in at the time of delivery the money will simply be returned to your nearest delivery/sorting office, and you can collect if from there providing you present a photo ID.
When ordering travel money Saturday delivery is available. Please note that additional fees apply and prices are quoted during the order process.
The Currency Account is an on-line service provider and we can only post travel money out to your residential address.
Currently travel money orders can only be delivered to your UK residential address, we do not offer a click and collect service.

You can order up to a maximum value of £2400 Travel Cash equivalent per order. Maximum of 3 orders per day.
Your currency will be delivered before 2.00pm via Royal Mail special delivery on the delivery day you select when ordering.
Currently, we only exchange and deliver Travel Money in two currencies; Euro (EUR) and US Dollar (USD).
